Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and demand:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–8 business days
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days
Please note that some orders may arrive sooner (as fast as 3 days), while others may take up to 8 business days depending on logistics and carrier delays.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Holidays or peak seasons
PUREVYAE is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been shipped.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PUREVYAE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered.”
